Ron is a Director and provides advisory services for clients in the area of litigation support.


Ron has consulted on numerous litigation and intellectual property matters involving issues such as patent infringement, lost profits, breach of contract and securities fraud, among others. Ron uses his over 16 years of experience as a CFO, Vice President of Operations and IT and other high-level positions to investigate and determine damages in business dispute matters. He has been designated as a damages expert and authored expert reports in commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining CFA, Ron held numerous senior-level management positions in the US, Canada and Eastern Europe. He has an extensive background in financial and electronic data investigations, project management and strategic planning. He has investigated over 100 companies or divisions for a fortune 500 company and others, integrated over 40 acquisitions, performed due diligence globally and facilitated numerous company restructurings and turnarounds. Ron began his career with a Big 8 accounting firm.

Ron received his BBA in Accounting / International Business from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, speaks German and is a past instructor in industrial management. Ron is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Licensing Executive Society, and Financial Executives International.
