Fee Schedule:
Retainer: $3,000
Attorney consultation, medical records review, research, report preparation, trial preparation: $500/hr
Deposition Testimony: $700/hr (4-hr minimum)
Court Testimony: $700/hr (4-hr minimum)
Travel Time: (if required, during normal working hours on day of testimony or on days preceding or following testimony): $400/hr
Travel Expenses: (air/hotel) paid in advance

Deposition and trial testimony, once scheduled, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee if less that 10 days, since I have to cancel office appointments and/or surgery to make myself available for testimony. Fees may be requested in advance.
