Testified as an expert witness in federal court for a sewage district in prolonged litigation regarding the accuracy of the flowmeters used for billing purposes. Retained as an expert by an instrument manufacturer to defend against a claim that an instrument failure caused control actions that resulted in injury. Retained as an expert by an equipment manufacturer who claimed that instruments purchased for their machines did not meet accuracy specifications. Retained as an expert for a manufacturers' representative to reconcile conflicting accuracy claims made by the customer and manufacturer.

He h as more than 25 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, and product development in the controls and instrumentation industry both for process instruments and environmental controls, including Executive Committee experience in three companies. He is an expert at business transformation for small to medium-sized companies. He provides strategic planning, organizational development, business re-organization and electronic business re-engineering services for companies from roughly $5 million to roughly $100 million in revenues per year.
