Short Biography:
Years of orthopaedic experience: 27
Professional Experience: TriState Podiatric/Surgical Assoc., Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio
04/01/1974 to 02/02/1998
CEO/Podiatrist - Developed 3 office Podiatric practice with two Associate Podiatrists and 12 support personnel. On surgical staff of 6 local hospitals and served on numerous committees. Gross billables over $1 million.
Received prestigious Podiatric Surgical Residency in '82 that exposed me to an inordinate amount of rear foot surgery. This led to many interprofessional referrals to perform the more complex surgical procedures and also referrals to manage complex post- op complications. I guided many local Podiatrists through surgeries so that they could accumulate the case load needed to become Board Certified.
Kettering Podiatry Associates, Kettering, Ohio
02/02/1998 to 08/02/1998
Associate Podiatrist - Accept referrals for more difficult surgeries and complex post-op complications. Receive overflow new patients and continue on with current treatment plan of other patients. Also provided in- house second opinions.
I unwittingly made a "politically incorrect" alliance with a Podiatrist that chose to "play ball" with the area's largest HMO. Referrals to me were considered to be cavorting with the Devil. As a result, referrals were inadequate to support the cost of the commute.
Education: Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, Cleveland, Ohio

Riverside Hospital, 01/01/1982 to 12/30/1982
Chief Resident
Rear foot reconstruction. Supervised two other residents. Rotated through all major departments. I placed special emphasis on assisting ALL TYPES OF SURGEONS. This practice evolved into surgeons' requesting me to assist. I finished my residency with the largest case log numbers and that record stands to this day!
