Court Compliance Officer and Auditor for a period of three years as an assistant to Mr. Thomas Lonergran in state and federal cases in California. Duties covered auditing compliance to court orders, research and development of classification/inmate discipline programs per court mandates.

Command and Administration of two contemporary law enforcement agencies. Position included command of two detention systems. Authority scope was full charge of adult detention facilities, oversight of personnel hiring, training and promotion of uniformed and support staff; liaison with local, state and federal agencies, courts, probation and parole. Career highlights include being negotiation representative for Sheriff in CHERCO et al, design of new generation facilities, building and remodeling three facilities and recognition by N.I.C. for various grants and programs.
