Short Biography:

EW #236 , Ph.D. has been a licensed psychologist since 1976 and in full-time clinical practice since then. His forensic expertise includes ethics and standard of care in psychotherapy; evaluation of claims of sexual harassment or abuse in psychotherapy, health care and employment settings; and evaluation of extent and causation of claimed psychological injuries. Although he frequently consults with attorneys and testifies in court, the majority of his time continues to be spent in clinical practice.

EW #236  background includes training and experience in psychoanalytic, humanistic and behavioral forms of psychotherapy. He earned his doctorate in psychology at the University of California, Berkeley in 1975. He has published in peer-reviewed, scientific journals on: therapist-patient sex in psychotherapy, psychotherapy ethics, sex therapy, and computerized outcome measurement in psychotherapy. He served for ten years as Peer Review Chair for a large Department of Psychiatry at a major metropolitan medical center. He serves as Editor of The Independent Practitioner and is a member of the American College of Forensic Psychology. In addition to maintaining his consulting practice, he serves as Division Chief in Adult Psychiatry at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Clara, California.

$4000 non-refundable retainer to be retained/disclosed. 
When traveling away from home overnight, I cap my daily fee at 10 hours for any 24 hour period or $4000.
