Fee schedule for Expert #412

Basic Hourly Rate ------------$230.00 per hour for all in office services including consultation ,resesrch, analysis,preparation, during normal business hours. Basic hourly rate for all out of home office services $230.00 plus a;; travel expenses. The basic hourly rates are consistant with consulting fees charged to businesses and government agencies.

Retainer Fee------------------$2300.00 is due immediately upon commencemant of services. Payment of this retainer is recognition acknowledgement and agreement to abide by thid fee schedule.

Travel Fees--------------------Prior to commencement of travel an advance is required. The advance will be applied toward the projected cost of such travel. The fees stated above do not include usual and coutomary expenses associated with travel( airfare,ground transportation, lodgings, meals, gasoline, etc.)

Administration Fees ----------An administration fee of 1% per month will be charged 20 days after the date of the invoice.

Fees Due-----------------------All amounts for services are die and pauable from the retaining party upon receipt of statement , regardless of any reinbursement arrangement agreed upon between the retaining party and other parties.

Deposition Fees----------------$230.00 per hour with a four hour minimum in town and an 8 hour minimum out of town .

Testimony Fees ----------------$230.00 per hour with a four hour minimum in town and an 8 hour minimum out of town.

Miscellaneous Fees ------------Will be paid for as related to the issue by the client at cost.
