Fee Schedule: Retainer Fee: $1200.00 Hourly Rate: $400.00/hr -Applies for forensic psychiatric work; reviewing records, examining litigants, consultation with attorneys, etc. Deposition: $550.00/hr -portal to portal with no minimum charge; an approximate time commitment is requested so that I may reshcedule patients effaciously Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation: $1600.00 -this includes some basic psychometric testing and a medicolegal report. *if there is a huge box of recordds to review, depositions to read, collaterals to review, etc., the costs would be considerably more.* Half-day in Court: $1800.00 Full-day in Court: $3500.00 -this includes full-day travel costs Cancellation fee: $1000.00 applies in the event of cancellation of rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice
