Mr. is an expert securities witness who brings an extensive background to his role. His credibility and sensitivity to the issues are enhanced by his theological education and 10 years as a minister.

His 25 years as a participant in the securities business with Merrill Lynch covers nearly every area where testimony may be required. He began as a financial consultant, was promoted to branch manager, district sales manager, training director, and then to National Director of Sales and Marketing for Defined Asset Funds. This position included extensive investment product creation, working with legal advisors and visits with the SEC.

Mr. Craig's most recent position was First Vice President and Senior Director of The Office of Investment Performance. In that role he researched investment performance, client experience and asset allocation, created and trained Merrill lynch FA's in the Investment Performance Process. He reviewed investment and advisor performance to guide advisors and clients in understanding and applying asset allocation guidelines. He is a frequent speaker to the Securities Investment Assoc., The Social Investment Forum and many other conferences and client seminars. He is a member of the National Speakers Association, Sales and Marketing Executives International, The American Managment Assoc., The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary Foundation, The Southport Chamber of Commerce, the World Environmental Council and The United Nations Environmental Program for Financial Institutions.

He is a partner in PSB Training, a firm which provides sales, marketing, and training in financial planning to the financial services industry. Clients include Morgan Stanley, where PSB trains every new hire. Other clients include Merrill Lynch, Wachovia, American Express Financial Advisors, etc.
