EW #582 has owned and operated a trucking company, a transportation brokerage, a consulting practice. He has been a program administrator with the HUD. He has served on the boards of several corporations. He is the creator and entrepreneur of the Pegasus Reservation System Inc.- a surface transportation equivalent of an airline reservation system. Hehas designed the system for several brokerage operations softwares, in Cobol and HTML.

EW #582is a successful entrepreneur managing several corporations involved in transportation and transportation brokering. He is an author of several books about transportation brokering including the Backhauler Directory, started in 1983. The books, Guide to Understanding Brokering and Brokerage Operations Manual are best sellers and are listed by The American Trucking Association as a source of how-to information.

Heis an expert in transportation cargo, cargo security, cargo claims, claims prevention for insurance companies, cargo packaging, transportation negotiations for freight sales, transportation brokering, logistics and distribution freight movement, having negotiated the movement of and administered the billing and paying of over 91,000 cargoes since 1980, including the negotiation and settlement of pertinent claims issues. He has investigated, tracked, compiled freight rate and market freight rate data since 1981, and consequently is a leading authority of the economics of freight pricing and market values for air and surface transportation.

EW #582teaches Transportation Brokering seminars about how to start and manage a transportation brokerage. Hehas served several fortune 500 companies as a consultant on automating market information for surface and air transportation cargoes. He is an expert in interactive freight marketing.

EW #582has testified in state and federal court cases, as an expert witness, and regularly assists attorneys with investigations of cases involving the transportation and trucking industries.
