Criminal Case Review: Investigation andExpert Opinion of Criminal Cases involving Assault, Rape, Robbery, Burglary, and Kidnapping.

Police Practices Consultant: Evaluation and opinion of police practices and procedures based on nationally accepted Law Enforcement Accreditation Standards and minimum standards for police conduct. Including, but not limited to, investigative procedures, arrest procedures, patrol procedures, and handling of evidence.

Security Industry Consultant: Evaluation of Security Industry Policies, Practices, and Procedures. Evaluation and/or Design of Physical Facilities in terms of need, budget, equipment, personnel and result expectations.

Security Management: Review and Evaluation of Security Management Credentials including Implementation of Company Policies, Supervision of Personnel, and Recruitment and Hiring Practices.

Security Training: Evaluation of Contract and Proprietary Security Training Policies, Practices, and Procedures. Determination of the Minimum Training Requirements necessary to carry out the Security Function for specific clients. Review, Determine, and Evaluate the Minimum Qualifications of Security Training Providers. On Site Training Available.

Security Guard Operations: Evaluation of the Daily Operations of Security Guard Functions as to Reasonable Expectations of Results, Minimum Personnel Qualifications, and Daily Supervision Practices v.s. Need.

Premise Liability: Review and Evaluate Security Practices aimed at the Elimination or Reduction of Criminal Activity, Accidental Injury, or Property Loss.

Foreseeability Expectations: Conduct Research and Specific Crime Analysis to determine the Reasonable Expectations of Criminal Activity, and what, if any, methodology has been implemented toward the Reduction or Prevention of such occurrences for the expected Protection of Persons and Property.
