· Designed, developed and implemented the Four Seasons Design and Remodeling Center
Franchise Program which resulted in 100 franchise locations over a 2 year period, through a combination of conversion and start up franchise sales.

Conna was a 300 million dollar C-store chain with over 400 locations in the eastern US.

· Directed 9 regional offices in an 11 state area with complete P+L responsibility for 400 franchised and corporate locations.
· Planned, organized and directed the successful assimilation of 45 acquired store locations into parent company to include the achievement of pro-forma financial results.
