1985- 1998: Led Walbridge effort to estimate, negotiate and close two (2) of the largest contract DWSD ever Awarded (PC-665 & PC 713)

1985- Present: Controlled Cost within budget on each project developed, purposed, estimated, negotiated and managed (Over $1,000,000,000.00). Returned savings to owner on every Construction Management project managed. To Present: No Rolland Stapleton led Project had litigation resulted from his actions.

2002 - 2003 JENKINS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
General Manger Report to President & CEO with special responsibilities for Cass Technical High School. Negotiated project contracts and project team oversight.

2001 to Present Rolland Stapleton & Associates, Northville, Michigan. Consultant on cost analysis, estimating, scheduling, and claims in the construction industry.

1999 (January) - August 2001: D. J. MALTESE COMPANY, Dearborn, Michigan. Position - Vice President of Operations; Report to President & CEO. Responsibilities - All operations of the company. Achievements: Established: 1) First Annual Corporate Budget, 2) Staff Training & Development Program, 3) Safety Program, 4) Safety Manual, 5) Budget Outcome Reporting monthly per project (previously only audited at project completion), 6)Upgraded Staff by selective reduction and new hires.

Hausmann P.E, Vice Chairman, Responsibilities- Profit/Loss on assigned projects; identify potential projects, prepare/submit Statement of Qualification (SOQ), Prepare proposals, assemble, organize and lead Proposal Team, select design professional for Design/ Build Teams, Negotiate Project Contract with clients, draft Bid Packages, front end documents, prepare baseline schedule, oversee updates, solicit, receive, and analyze bids, negotiate subcontracts, manage project, invoicing, invoice approval, payment collection and disbursements. Act as Senior Estimator on Lump Sum bids. Carry multi projects responsibility insure MBE/WBE goals achievement. Recruit new employees both entry level and professional. Lead development - Operations Policy Manual.

Responsibilities - similar to those at Walbridge Aldinger. Organize inservice training and workshops (i.e. Lien Laws, Sworn statements, MIOSHA, etc.)

Responsibilities- Profit/Loss on each project, estimate trade, solicit bids, negotiate and rewards subcontractors, carry multi project responsibilities, review and approve invoices, develop schedules, manage maintenance of 45 rental properties for Holding Company (Approx. 1.8 MM square feet).
