Our Experts
Dr. P has been part of our team since the company's inception. He has his Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and his Master's and Ph.D. degrees from Arizona State University. Dr. Ps' academic and research background involves injury biomechanics and human dynamics. This allows Dr. P to address the capacity for forces to produce injuries during accidents. His Ph.D. and Master's research concentrated on injuries to the human spine. Dr. P is also fully trained and qualified in the area of [[[[accident reconstruction]]]] with accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Traffic [[[[Accident Reconstruction]]]] (ACTAR).
In addition to his duties, Dr. P is an adjunct professor at Arizona State University. His responsibilities have included teaching both undergraduate and graduate level classes and conducting research in the area of spinal disc herniations. Dr. P consults on cases involving restraint systems, low velocity impacts, determination of who was driving, and [[[[accident reconstruction]]]] issues. His injury research background has been a valuable asset to his case analysis.
MR.C
Mr. C came here in 2005, with more than 25 years of experience with motor carriers and regulatory agencies in program management, personnel management, and mechanical roles, in addition to extensive technical training. He began his career as a commercial vehicle operator and a heavy equipment mechanic. Next, Mr. C highlighted his expertise in vehicle mechanical systems and commercial vehicles through his 13 years of duty with the California Highway Patrol. During this time, Mr. C evaluated commercial vehicles for compliance with safety, maintenance and operational practices. He was also an investigator on one of the nation’s premier accident investigation teams, the CHP MAIT (Multidisciplinary Accident Investigation Team). Here, Mr. C was responsible for conducting in-depth mechanical investigations of accident vehicles to determine if failure was a causation factor. Concurrent with his consulting practice, Mr. C provides instruction on the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance out-of-service regulations.
Mr. C consults on commercial vehicle operations and on cases involving vehicle mechanical failure including tires, steering, suspension and brakes. Mr. C’s application of knowledge and real world experience provides a highly effective resource for your case.
L. McH, D.O.
Dr. McH is a board certified physician in both Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Family Medicine. After attending the Des Moines University / College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. McH completed his internship and residency at Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital where he was awarded the intern of the year and made Chief Resident. In addition to having his own private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, Dr. McH is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Midwestern University / Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in the department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. For the last nine years, Dr. McH has lectured and instructed students on musculoskeletal dysfunction, diagnosis, and treatment. In 2003, Dr. McH received the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association / Arizona Academy of Osteopathy’s award for Outstanding Contributions to Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. McH has exceptional skills in palpatory diagnosis of soft tissue injury and its subsequent treatment and rehabilitation. With his strong background in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, teaching and research interests, Dr. McH is committed to taking medical causation analysis beyond the typical reliance on patient history. Specifically, Dr. McH will examine an individual’s medical records, imaging films and operative reports to determine if the condition in question is likely acutely traumatic, pre-existing or degenerative in nature. This true application of a medical causation analysis can be crucial to the foundation of a plaintiff or defendant case. In traumatic soft-tissue injury cases, Dr. McH’s extensive clinical background has made him keenly aware of the appropriate treatment modalities and lengths of treatments.
