Designation Fee:$1500
Retainer Policy:$3500-5000. (dependent on the size of the record)
Hourly rate for file review, trial prep, etc.: $500.00/hr--$630/hr for 96hr. turnaround
Deposition:
-flat fee for workers' compensation deposition: $2000
-flat fee for all other deposition: <4hours: $2875; then $625/hr thereafter
-flat fee for local live court testimony (less that 90 highway miles from Pittsburgh): $5500/day
-flat fee for out-of-town live testimony (greater than 90 highway miles from Pittsburgh or requiring air travel) $8625/day
-minimum video deposition: $4600.00
- Flat fee for local live court testimony (less than 90 highway miles
Pittsburgh), one calendar day or part thereof = $5500 / day.
- Flat fee for out-of-town live testimony (greater than 90 highway miles
