Clients include small entrepreneur to Fortune 100 companies as well as financial, legal and accounting organizations.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Accounting (DABFA) and a Certified Professional Consultant to Management (CPCM), he has been in the valuation profession since 1983. Previously, he held operating and Chief Financial Officer positions in private industry, where he closed a number of acquisitions and financings. He began his career with then Peat Marwick Mitchell. He has been published and frequently lectures on valuation topics.
