Has more than 36 years experience working on installation, planning and analysis of electrical power systems and motor controls systems. As a licensed electrician he has substantial experience 1n the practical technical and management aspects of electrical and electric control installation. In addition, he has worked extensively as a project engineer, manager and contract administrator for electrical contractors throughout the Eastern US. This work included initiation and implementation of operations, supervision and monitoring of Project Managers, labor force, and office staff for multiple and large commercial projects. Also has extensive experience analyzing construction claims, particularly electrical and instrumentation control claims. As part of this work he has performed extensive schedule and productivity analysis and prepared and presented studies and analyses of cause/effect, impact, and quantification of damages. Has testified in courts and arbitration proceedings as both an expert and fact witness. Also has testified in product liability cases
