Specializes in the analysis of damages in personal-injury and wrongful-termination matters, including damages in complex mass-tort and class-action litigation.
He publishes frequently on economic-damages topics and lectures to bar, bench and business groups across the country on the use of economic analysis in litigation.
Served as a member of the faculty of the University of Maryland, Pennsylvania State University and St. Joseph's College. He is a faculty lecturer-in-law at Temple University Law School and publishes papers regularly in professional journals. He is a contributing editor to Medical Malpractice Law and Strategy and Products Liability Law and Strategy.
He received his doctorate in Labor Economics and Statistics from Temple University.
