EW #351 has thirty years of experience in general construction, project management, contract administration, CPM scheduling, claim preparation and dispute resolution. He has directed hundreds of management and claim resolution assignments on a variety of construction projects: public works, medical research, industrial plants, airport runways and aircraft hangars, marine projects, educational, commercial and office buildings.
As a hands-on principal, he has not only developed the strategy for accomplishing these assignments, but has served as the leader of the teams assigned to implement and successfully complete those assignments. He has been responsible for the construction of small residential developments ($1.7 Million), major public works projects ($25 Million) and major defense and institutional projects ($75 Million). He has also served as lead negotiator in funding projects, developing work plans, expediting construction, resolving problems and settling claims. He has testified before State Courts, the Federal Court of Claims and Arbitration Panels.
