Short Biography:
Founded interactive media curriculum in the Film School at the University of Southern California in 1992.
In 2002 moved to the USC Viterbi School of Engineering where he has built up the video game program there to where more than 600 students have now taken his classes in the past 2 years alone - more than any other program domestically or internationally.
Is a renown author on computer and video games and related topics such as virtual reality. His most recent book, Game Testing All In One, is the first ever such book of its kind.
Founded one of the first game companies in the late 1970s, and has been responsible for the production of over 180 award winning games.
He co-founded the Guild of Software Houses and the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (of which is he currently a member of the Board of Directors.
He is also a member of BAFTA and BAFTA/LA (of which he was a member of the Board), and the Writers Guild of America, West (of which he is Vice Chair of the New Media Caucus.
