I have my Computer Foreniscs headquarters in Modesto, part of the Great California Central Valley, where I am a court qualified, equipped, experienced, and university educated Computer Forensics Investigator and Instructor, recently retired from 29-years of full-time law enforcement. I retired from law enforcement at the age of 50, with an outstanding record of public service. I retired with the rare title of "Computer Forensics Investigator," a title I have kept in private practice.

I am also licensed in California as Private Investigator with a background in Computer Forensics and other types of investigations because of my experience gained from many years of full-time law enforcement in a varity of fields before specializing in Computer Forensics and High Technology Investigations.

In addition to many law enforcement courses and certifications in Computer Forensics, I have college and university degrees including a post graduate Masters Certificate in Computer Forensics. The last nine years of my law enforcement career were in Computer Forensics and High Technology Investigaions and Training. I have attended and taught law enforcement-only Computer Forensics related courses.

I founded Computer Forensics in my county and the surrounding area by establishing computer forensics labs and investigative techniques for the first of many local high technology criminal cases. I founded a local chapter of HTCIA (High Technology Crime Investigation Association) and was the chapter's first president. I have handled 100's of Computer Forensics-involved criminal and civil cases, finding digital evidence that assisted in or solved many cases, including some high profile investigations.

All local High Tech Law Enforcement investigators in my area have been my students as of 2004. I have given hundreds of presentations, courses, and classes in this field, including College Level Adult Education courses, such as "Beginning Computer Forensics." I have testified and qualified as a computer forensics expert with cases still pending.

I am highly skilled in making computer forensics and high technology easy to understand, and exceed in assisting with "electronic discovery" issues, a term used by many in the legal field. I have a large research list of "electronic discovery" case summaries that reveal, nationwide, the current trends and elements of "electronic discovery." I also have two examples of how enormous amounts of discoverable data can be on a computer.
