Has been in the car business for over 25 years. He started his automotive career as a technician while working his way though Purdue University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.

Throughout years of dealership experience he has gained expertise in the following areas: sales procedures and tactics, manufacturer warranties and service contracts, mechanical and body repair, salvage titles, diminished value and repair misrepresentation.

His first service management position was at a Cadillac/Volvo dealership in Kentucky. After 17 years of management in fixed operations, he accepted a position as General Manager with a Chevrolet dealership in Georgia.

As a General Manager, some of his outstanding accomplishments include:
- Operating a Chevrolet store that is now ranked number 2 in the nation.
- Operating a Chrysler dealership ranked number 7 in the country.
- Served as the Corporate Fixed Operation Manager for a Dealer group that is ranked in the top 15 nationally.

Dealerships under his leadership have attained all the highest factory certifications including a Five Star and Blue Oval.

President of a consulting and recruiting company. His wide range of experience and knowledge has made him an expert in the automotive industry.

CASES: Depositions, testimony and advice, that has led to the successful resolution in pre-trial, arbitration, mediation, settlements and trials.

PUBLICATIONS: Speaking engagements for seminars relating to all aspects of the automobile industry. Developed "Woman Auto Know", a seminar for women on how to buy and maintain their vehicle. Guess Speaker on radio shows. Interview on CBS Evening News with Dan Rather discussing the automotive business climate. Interviewed by German TV for professional opinion on the Mercedes/Chrysler merger.
