He mentors CEOs in building the leadership necessary to grow a successful company. With a background in negotiation and conflict resolution coupled with his deep and innovative experience in building team spirit within management teams, he has proven invaluable to a host of entrepreneurs over the last two decades. He also partnered with Cagan Capital, a California venture firm that managed a boutique portfolio of emerging technology companies including Acorn Technologies. While with Cagan he created a substantial global network of relationships with private investors and managing directors of financial institutions, investment banks, angel groups, venture capital and law firms enabling him to assist many companies through various stages of growth. In 1999 Michael co-founded Intagio Corporation with Cagan Capital resulting in the formation of the world’s largest retail barter network. Today Consulting's network of business professionals encompasses the U.S., Asia and Europe resulting in a significant advantage for companies needing to expedite their growth process. Notable partnerships are with Paragon Development whose services consult to Fortune 100 companies, American Capital Markets, Sand Hill Angels, ITF Global Partners, and numerous angel groups throughout California. Michael is actively involved in companies that promote sustainability and is an advisor to Brooklyn Bridge located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, sponsor of the largest Socially Responsible Investor conference in the world. Currently a major focus is in supporting RainTrust whose mission is in preserving the Amazon Rainforest, often referred to as the "lungs of the planet".
