The company was named one of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. by Inc. magazine in 1986. TJM Corp. was merged into Daka, Inc. in 1987.
1974 - 1977: Vice president of The Seiler Corp., responsible for the Dining Service division, serving colleges and independent schools in New England and Middle Atlantic states. Seiler was subsequently acquired by Sodexho, Inc.
1958 - 1974: President of a then family-owned food service company, , which managed food services for collegss and independent schools in New York, New Jersey and Connectict. This company was closed in 1974 due to adverse business conditions and reorganized in 1977 as noted above.
