Consolidated a lifetime of experience to establish a Consulting enterprise specifically designed for growth and profitability of companies in, and related to, the mortgage and real estate industry. Train all levels of personnel to improve the quality of their work through professionalism, knowledge and organization of efforts.
Established www.internetoriginator.com, a mortgage magazine on the web, which includes hundreds of articles written by people in the mortgage industry for people in the mortgage industry.
Advise mortgage companies on methods of expansion through establishment of new offices, new secondary market outlets and expanded warehouse lines.

1984-1990:
LOVUOLO AND COMPANY, INC. New York. President. Registered Mortgage Broker. Established and operated a mortgage brokerage firm with sales and
support staff of twenty two people. Closed over $1 billion in residential mortgages. Had correspondent relationships with over twenty permanent investors.

1983-1999:
REAL ESTATE EDUCATION CENTER New York.
Teaching continuing education to Real Estate Professionals.

1983-1984:
LINCOLN SAVINGS BANK New York. Vice President.
Responsible for establishment of new residential mortgage department including wholesale originations. Volume $150,000,000 per year. Managed six field officers and entire support staff consisting of twenty people.





1981-1983:
MID-ISLAND EQUITIES, CORP., New York. Vice President. Set up wholesale secondary market purchase program with volume of over $12,000,000 per year. Oversaw research team to investigate and implement all new FNMA/FHA/VA programs. Set up new Refinance Department consisting of seven employees with origination volume of $20,000,000.

1959-1983: Every aspect of residential retail and wholesale production and operations with leading New Jersey and New York mortgage bankers and brokers.
