Deposition fee----$2300.00 flat fee to be paid for 8 hour one day
Court Testimony---$2300.00 flat fee to be paid for 8 hour one day
Hourly Rate-------$250.00 per hour

Travel Expenses-----------Lodgings,meals, car rental, gasoline, car insurance,Airfare, etc. to be paid by client at cost

Services may include examination of the case materials,telephone conferences, case research, and preparation of written report.
