I have sevred as an expert witness in numerous cases in both criminal and civil court proceedings. I have investigated approximately 500 traffic crashes through out my career, and have reconstructed a large number of these crashes. I have references available upon request.


Objective:
I am able to provide accurate and detailed reconstructions of motor vehicle crashes in a professional and timely manner. I am able to interpret evidence provided by investigating police officers reports, witness statements, vehicle evidence, and at scene evidence and give detailed and accurate conclusions and findings which are based upon the laws of physics and mathematical principles. In many cases I will be able to provide your firm with the ability to decide whether a case has merit to continue forward into the litigation phase. I will also be able to provide expert testimony in regards to any findings that I make in a particular case and I am also able to provide expert rebuttal testimony.


QUALIFICATIONS
Certified in Accident Investigation level I, Advanced Accident Investigation Level II, and Traffic Crash Reconstruction Level III. I have performed numerous accident reconstructions for my employer within the past 5 years. I am a recognized expert witness in the State of West Virginia, in the field of accident reconstruction. I have testified in criminal cases in the State of West Virginia as an expert witness on the grounds of Accident Reconstruction/Investigation. I have personally investigated, and or reconstructed approximately 1000 traffic crashes during my law enforcement career.
