FEE SCHEDULE: Retainer Fee: $1500 (required prior to initiation of record review) Medical Record Review: $350/hr (4 hour minimum) Patient Examination: $575 Telephone Consultation: $350/hr Preparation of Report: $350/hr Meeting with Attorney: $350/hr Deposition Appearance: $2,875 Court Appearance: $5750./day
Time will be billed in increments of 15 minutes Travel expenses and out of pocket costs will be added to above fees Travel Time will be billed at $125/hr with a ten hour maximum per day
Payment for court appearances and depositions are payble four weeks in advance and are non-refundable in case of cancellation or change of date.
All preparation time for court appearance or depositions, including review of medical records, depositions, preparation of bibliography, preparation of visual aids, telephone or in-person conferences with attorneys, will be billed at $350/hr in addition to the fee for court appearance or deposition.
