I am a board-certifed anesthesiologist with 20 years clinical experience in all areas of anesthesiology in a large tertiary care hospital with an academic appointment at the University Medical School. I am a graduate of Washington University, St. Louis, undergraduate; the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine; Tufts University/St. Elizabeth's Hospital of Boston anesthesiology residency; Medical Center Hospital of Vermont fellowship in cardiac/advanced clinical track anesthesia.

I am the Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at a Hospital and a Medical Center in Hartford, CT; the largest Catholic Hospital in New England and has the largest cardiac surgical program in New England. I served as Chief of Staff from 2002-2004, and currently serve as the Immediate Past President of the Medical Staff. I am the President of an Anesthesiology a private group of 27 anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs comprising the Hospital's department. I have served on numerous Medical Staff and Hospital Committees and remain active in all aspects of Hospital and Medical Staff leadership.

expedited review- paid in advance
$575 per hour with a minimum  3 hour charge, with billable time including time spent in document review, literature review as necessary, and telephone communication with requesting party's representative
