He is the founder and President of his company a consulting firm that specializes in motor carrier issues. He served previously as Vice President of Marketing at TRANSCON, Inc., Vice President at TNT North America, and has held executive positions at Sun (Oil) Carriers, Inc. and the Mason & Dixon Lines, Inc.

For a $2.6 billion privately held maker of hamburger patties and processed poultry, assisted in re-evaluation of freight procurement processes, obtaining savings and enhancing service.
Created an Accounts Marketing Program for an international motor carrier¡¦s North American land, sea and air divisions. The strategic system incorporated marketing and advertising plans, pricing and traffic issues, sales support and training, all rating and billing functions, and National Account bids and proposals.
Assisted in evaluation of the delivery fleet for a $1.3 billion mid-western beef processor.
Managed process improvement project for a multi-million dollar national retailer in Chapter 11 that resulted in immediate savings of $3.6 million. Focused on streamlining the organization¡¦s product distribution chain, both through fleet management and warehousing and routing analysis.
Analyzed private fleet utilization and profitability for a major industrial concern with annual sales of more than $1.2 billion. The resulting annualized savings, $2.5 million, was achieved by an effective re-mix of the company¡¦s private fleet and dedicated contract carriage combination.
Redesigned total logistics program for niche retailer that resulted in enhanced merchandise flow and high inventory savings. Savings totaled approximately 30% of the annual operating cost.
For a major magazine publisher, devised transportation negotiating instruction training session for Regional Distribution Managers. Instructed all RDM's in negotiating techniques, mode selection, quality service monitoring programs and preparation and management of Transportation Rate/Service Agreements.
