My primary focus is the investigation, evaluation and resolution of commercial, industrial and institutional roofing,waterproofing and masonry deficiencies. This process involves a thorough understanding of the building interior and the building envelope. The material, workmanship and design of the building envelope are scrutinized to determine the failure mechanism. Over twenty five years of engineering and roofing exposure has given me the experience, knowledge and insight to address your building concerns.
