Marketed agricultural chemicals, fertilizers and servicing products into a diverse range of crops including pome and stone fruit, vineyards, citrus, potatoes, tomatoes, vegetables, cereals, canola, grain legumes, pastures, rice, summer crops including soybeans, sunflowers and sorghum throughout Northern Victoria and Southern N.S.W.

Managed an extensive number of farmer product performance enquiries or complaints involving a wide range of products including herbicides, fungicides, miticides, and insecticides in a very diverse range of crops. This included the satisfactory negotation of complaint resolution with both farmers and Agricultural Chemical Companies.
Managed a large horticultural complaint involving 20 growers. This involved extensive fruit damage loss assessments over a three-month period; across a range of peach and nectarine varieties, as well as managing and minimizing ongoing damage and insect and disease control. Extensive ongoing negotations resulted in an amicable and satisfactory resolution for all parties.
Extensive experience managing product performance enquiries with a range of companies including: Aventis, Bayer, Crop Care, Syngenta, BASF, Monsanto, Du Pont, Dow, Nu Farm and many other companies.
Managed plantback issues & crop damage with soil active herbicides including atrazine, SU's etc. I have been involved in the Research and Development of soil activite herbicides and subsequent plant back issues.
Managed Monsanto's Product Performance Enquiries (PPE's) for southern Australia (WA, SA, Vic, Tas, Sthn NSW) for glyphosate and other products for the past 6 years. Introduced a pro-active PPE management system for Monsanto and distribution.
Extensive experience with glyphosate, including performance factors, compatibilities, water quality, surfactants, application, crop damage, drift and glyphosate resistance.
Research and Development experience assessing crop damage, growth reduction and crop injury symptoms.
Actively involvement with Avcare committees on herbicide, fungicide, miticide and insecticide resistance and a rice industry committee on herbicide resistance and management of resistance to pesticides at a commercial level. Extensive experience with agro-chemical resistance to a wide range of products
Managed a product development portfolio and successfully guided several new products to commercialisation, including Australias largest selling herbicide with sales in excess of $50 million.
Worked with sales and marketing teams to identify new products and new market opportunities, and provided technical support and product training.
Actively involved in the introduction of agricultural biotechnology through the management of a research & development program for Roundup Ready Canola and the management of compliance issues. Ensured that Monsanto met all the regulatory requirements for compliance of RR canola trial sites, through demonstrating a clear understanding of the various OGTR requirements for RR canola trials.
Provided pro-active and expedient management of agricultural and horticultural losses, to ensure the best possible solutions, including negotiations and dispute resolution. Managed a range of product performance enquiries and complaints including the provision of a comprehensive investigation and report.
