EW #3116 is lead consultant for claim and litigation management as well as primary consultant for the design for claim service systems to Caledonia Bank & Trust in the Cayman Islands as well as other insurance companies and institutions. He has assisted major insurance carriers as an Account Manager for the Western Region of the United States on the behalf of B&A, Inc. His responsibilities included significant case handling for exposures in excess of client's self insured retention of $250,000 through the reinsurance levels of $20.0 million in numerous venues in the United States, including California, New York, Florida, Illinois and Alaska.

Heis a graduate of The Mediation Center, qualified as a mediator under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program Act of 1993 and Business & Profession Code 465; host mediator for the Day of Dialog in Los Angeles in 1996, sponsored by the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. Heholds appointment as Special Arbitrator, since December of 1989, with Arbitration Forums Inc.

In 1996 hewas a participant in a panel discussion on The Claims Business for the 21st Century for the CPCU convention in Costa Mesa on Litigation Management and the application of technology to the claims process.
