EW #198 M.D., FASAM, has qualified as an Addiction Medicine Expert Witness in over 300 Superior Court cases in matters of substance use, defense and plaintiff. He has done extensive work with O.C. public defenders and Cal-Trans attorneys. He has been Director of Education at the Positive Action Center at Chapman Medical Center, Orange California and is a fellow and past President of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He is also Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD)(Chair 1998-2000) and was also consultant to the Drug and Alcohol Advisory Committee of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
