Over 40 years of experience in architecture,land planning and historic restoration. Ten years in assciation with the firms of Welton Becket, Charles Luckman & Victor Gruen. Designed everything from residential, commercial, corporate, industrial institutional and recreational projects. Raw land master planning, urban renewal, redeveloment and new town planning.
Experience garnered from projects in 16 states and three foreign countries.
Also have worn the hat of the developer creating my own projects from inception,to design, to structuring partnerships, to financing, to supervision,of construction to ultimate sale or lease.
