Retired building official for the City of Winchester, Kentucky. Served as a member of the Kentucky Board of Housing and was Code Appeals committee chairperson. Board of Directors for the Code Administrators Association of Kentucky (ICC chapter) and was vice president. Service on BOCA and ICC committees. Code Administrator of the Year in 1997 for Kentucky. Helped write the current building and residential codes for Kentucky (modeled from ICC). Was instrumental in the passage of three pieces of legislation related to building code enforcement. Taught classes on residential and property maintenance codes. Have extensive experience in court and depositions. I have done work for several law firms and insurance companies.
