FEE SCHEDULE
Retainer: $10,000.00
Consulting: $300.00/hr
Testimony: $400.00/hr

               Special Mail and Delivery: billed at cost with a minimum of $30.00
               Miscellaneous: Any special expense not described herein
               Clerical and Report Production: Word Processing time will be billed at $50.00 per hour. Three copies of each report will be
               provided.  Additional copies will be billed at the cost to produce. 
Travel:
Automobile Mileage: $.75/mile, excluding rental cars.
Rental Cars: Standard full-sized sdan rented from Avis, Hertz, or comparable rental firm.
Taxis and car service: Billed at Cost
Ait Travel: Business Class for all flights; actual cost for any fare available, when necessary
Accommodations: Standard rate for a single room in Ritz Carlton, Fairmont or equivalent hotel.
Meals: Billed at cost
