- Developed the "Partnering for Safety in the 1990's and Beyond" program; a cooperative agreement between Dade County Aviation Department, the General Consultant, and participating general contractors. This program realized reductions of 65% in accidents and incidents, 70% in worker's compensation expenditures and 88% in penalties and fines in the first year of implementation.
