EW #663 author of five nationally recognized books on police procedure. Thirty years as a senior drug enforcement agent, certified police trainer and criminal justice educator. Recipient of state and national awards.

Areas of specialization include: use of force, police procedure and policy, informant management, undercover and plainclothes operations, high-risk drug enforcement operations, arrests, interrogations, police ethics, training and supervision.

Responsibilities: Originated and managed large-scale criminal investigations throughout the State of Oklahoma; testified in criminal court on both the federal and state level; made arrests; served search warrants; conducted interrogations; served on personnel hiring boards; disciplinary boards; shooting boards and promotion boards; conducted background investigations of prospective recruits and conducted numerous internal affairs investigations as senior investigator; testified in two congressional hearings. I as served as training and field training officer (FTO) for new recruits for over four years.
