EW #367 Ph.D. is a Board Certified Forensic Examiner and Board Certified in Forensic Medicine. He is also a Member of American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Theraputics, Regulatory Affairs Professional Society , and the American College of Toxicology.

Heis currently in his twentith year of evaluating drug and chemical adverse health effects cases for causation and/or adequacy of warnings. He has consulted for both plantiff and defense.

Following receipt of a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Indiana University School of Medicine, hespent twenty years in management positions with major corporations in the drug and chemical products industries.
