CEO and Founder of the National Institute for School and Workplace Safety, a company dedicated to promoting a "safe and secure learnng environment". The company conducts school safety and security seminars throughout the country, expert witness work, and districtwide safety assessments of schools. Our company develops Safe School Plans, Emergency Management Programs, and conducts exercises in Multi-hazard Threats and Terrorism in Schools.

A former middle school and high school teacher, college administrator, newsletter editor and corporate trainer.
